“Epic Window Cleaners came out for a free estimate on the same day I called. Their prices were competitive with market and he provided me with a written quote that evening. Once we OK’d for the service, he was able to get put us on schedule within 3-days. He was here early, very professional, always polite, did the service in a timely manner and did a fantastic job! The windows looked great. We tipped him an additional $50 and had him put us on a regular schedule to come out quarterly. Then he was given the address of the owner’s residence to give a quote for services there. We will continue to use him and are very satisfied with the new company we have found.”
